…Shaun excelled as a student, which led to a successful 27-year career in the Navy. She became a helicopter pilot and Commanding Officer, leading a squadron of 500 personnel and 17 aircraft. Her leadership was marked by impressive results, including the training of over 200 qualified students annually. Under her guidance, the squadron received the prestigious Ellyson Award for efficiency, and she focused on leadership development, productivity, and operational excellence.
After transitioning from military life, Shaun smoothly shifted to consulting and coaching. She now helps innovative business owners and executives apply an ‘aerial perspective’ to streamline processes, refine offers, and maximize profitability.
Today, Shaun is known as the Aerial Advisor, with the mantra: “Think Forward, Choose Excellence.” She specializes in guiding small business owners with a holistic approach to growth. Shaun is renowned for uncovering ‘6 figures in 60 minutes’ through her unique Rapid Altitude Assessment.
