About Rich Lamonica

Rich LaMonica is a 22-year U.S. Army veteran who served multiple deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. After retiring in 2015, Rich embarked on a year-long journey of self-reflection as he transitioned into civilian life. Those 365 days taught him powerful lessons about personal growth, resilience, and the challenges veterans face during transition...

…Today, Rich is a passionate motivational speaker, focusing on mindset, grit, resilience, and helping others find their true purpose—no matter where they are in life. His mission is to support fellow veterans and individuals overcoming obstacles, using real-life experiences and proven strategies to inspire transformation.

Rich is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Homeland Security from Liberty University. He is also the award-winning author of “13 Step Guide to Success”, available on Amazon, and has recently released his second book, “Out of the Darkness”, which is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other major book retailers.

Known for his no-nonsense approach and his personal motto—“Challenge Accepted”—Rich connects deeply with fans and followers alike. He is also the Executive Producer and Host of The MisFitNation Podcast, where he shares powerful stories of resilience, leadership, and purpose-driven living.
