Rayson Choo helps the young professionals who are living a “hectic and stressful” life to achieve a “peaceful and happy” life . A motivational speaker, nurse and caregiver to his mentally ill mother, he has gone through a series of setbacks such as experiencing his parents’ divorce and constant bullying at the age of seven, and even to the extent of losing his job and ex- girlfriend simultaneously at the age of twenty-four. He has been featured on The Straits Times, IMH Link, IMH Case Manager’s Conference, Singapore Patient Caregiver Conference, Rebound Stronger Podcast and 93.8 Live’s A Slice of Life. Going through his years of challenges, Rayson focused on the positive and he was resolved to aspire to inspire before he expires. He is also obsessed about making a difference in people’s lives by teaching them how to fulfill their purpose. And today his vision is to inspire 50000 people in the world, creating more impact, legacy and joy by 2020. He has spoken to thousands of people in hospitals, schools and on the radio.

In this talk, Rayson will inspire you with the lessons in adversity he has learned throughout his life. He will also take the audience on a guided tour through his life journey which is filled with frustrations and sorrows, interweaving stories with activities to help them ‘walk in his shoes’ and take home with them an experience of a lifetime, which they can use for themselves in their own journey of overcoming.
