About Raju Panjwani

"Reasons come first; answers later". This quote propels me towards growth.

After six near death experiences, followed by the loss of his loving wife at a young age, it easy to say, "Why me?" Mortality is a major motivator for me: "life is fickle, so let each day we are alive, count". That's my refrain. So I focus on what fulfills me, which is to help others to live a life of no-excuses and no complaints about what is going on outside of them...

…I have had five start-ups, after I left Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director where I spent 18 years. My industry experience cuts across: securities markets, risk management, investment banking, FinTech, technology-enabled services and asset management.

My  passion for personal development began 40 years ago. Each year, my goal is go deeper and outside my comfort zone.

My personal transformation, however, has occurred multiple times. I came to the US with just $8 in my pocket, experienced a divorce by age 34, had six near-death experiences, including the 2004 Asian tsunami in which my family and I were swept away, followed by the death of my second wife to Stage 4 cancer, which left me to single-parent our two boys.

I have lived in the US for 45 years. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Speaker, and a no-excuses focused coach, I am  passionate about helping unfulfilled tap into and realize their potential. I have taught the Dale Carnegie course, curated and developed several hundreds of hours of training, participated in exclusive masterminds, and coached several leaders.
