About Pascal Wiscour-Conter

Pascal is an international entrepreneur from Luxembourg, with over 20 years of global experience across the USA, Monaco, and New York before returning to his home country during the pandemic. Rediscovering Luxembourg with the fresh eyes of an “expat,”...

…Pascal has since focused on supporting entrepreneurship, authentic communication, and sustainable growth.

He began his career in finance but quickly transitioned to entrepreneurship with the creation and promotion of the Luxembourg maritime registry for megayachts—a bold initiative he launched at just 25 years old. This milestone took him to Monaco, and later to California, where he built a tangible asset management cloud platform to manage complex vessels. These ventures not only sharpened his strategic and leadership skills but also taught him the power of storytelling and communication in winning over challenging audiences.

Inspired by the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, Pascal expanded into New York, where he established a writers’ room for the entertainment industry and engaged in real estate ventures. In 2020, he returned to Luxembourg, dedicating his energy to the private business and startup sector after a year in public service. Today, Pascal is actively shaping the local startup scene through his initiative, the HUB, designed to support students, entrepreneurs, freelancers, SMEs, and innovators in Luxembourg.

Currently, Pascal serves as faculty in executive education and MBA programs both in Luxembourg and abroad. He is also an author and keynote speaker, sharing his expertise on business development, strategic communication, leadership, and disruptive thinking. Under his personal brand, Pascalogy, he delivers inspiring talks and publishes content that fosters authentic connections, sustainable business practices, and community integration.

Pascal is finalizing his first book on strategic communication, based on his MBA course, to be released after summer. The book explores how authentic communication—both inward (leadership, culture, talent engagement) and outward (business development, PR, storytelling)—depends on aligning what we do (mission, value proposition) with what we believe and communicate (purpose, vision). Using neuroscience insights and historical perspectives, Pascal illustrates how authenticity shapes the future of communication.

In November, he will join two bestselling authors on a European tour called “3M of Strategic Communication”, highlighting his passion for sharing knowledge, sparking meaningful dialogue, and inspiring purposeful leadership.
