…He holds an impressive array of certifications, including CSCS, StrongFirst Elite Instructor and Team Leader, Z-Health Trainer (R-Phase, I-Phase, S-Phase, T-Phase), Certified Functional Strength Coach, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Functional Movement Systems, USA Weightlifting Coach, and Functional Gait Specialist Level One. These qualifications underscore his dedication to mastering the science and art of fitness.

Osvaldo shares his life with his wife, Erica Buechner, a professional teaching artist and dancer. Together, they bring a unique synergy to fitness and movement education, frequently collaborating to teach StrongFirst Workshops and other specialized programs. Their combined expertise offers participants a comprehensive experience, blending strength training with the fluidity and creativity of dance.

As a recognized leader in the field, Osvaldo teaches advanced strength techniques such as One-Arm Push-Ups and Single-Leg Squats at workshops nationwide. His teaching combines technical mastery with a practical, results-oriented approach, making him a sought-after instructor by athletes, fitness professionals, and enthusiasts alike.

Osvaldo’s vision includes pursuing an MS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Performance, further solidifying his expertise and laying the groundwork to establish his own state-of-the-art sports performance facility.
