Dr. Nancy Pearson is a dedicated nonprofit leader and passionate local government advocate. After moving to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, her chosen home city, Nancy embraced the power of civic engagement. She quickly became involved, volunteering, joining the city council, and pursuing her Ph.D., where she led a national multi-city study on local government participation...
…Nancy encourages everyone to embrace ‘radical curiosity’ about their communities, believing that becoming civically engaged is both empowering and exciting. Currently, she divides her time between Portsmouth and Miami Beach, continuing to champion local government and community involvement.
