Mss Francois is also the founder of Thriving Goddesses, a growing community dedicated to helping single women heal from heartbreak, navigate new relationships, and rediscover their self-worth. Through workshops, webinars, networking events, and social media, Thriving Goddesses supports women ready to transition confidently into their next chapter.
Her one-woman show, Frustrated, debuted at Theater Row in New York City with sold-out performances, drawing rave reviews for its raw honesty and comedic flair. She delivered a powerful TEDx Talk, Heartbreak Is Not the End – You Are Just Transitioning, and won the District 46 Toastmasters Humorous Speech Competition in New York.
She has authored two transformational books:
With 25 years of experience in the financial sector, including 20 years in leadership roles, Mss Francois brings deep insight into human behavior, communication, and organizational leadership. She’s held key leadership positions within Toastmasters International, including serving as Public Relations Manager of District 119.
She is also a Board Member at Cross Island YMCA, and actively collaborates with youth-focused organizations like AIMHIGH EI and I AM DAD, using her platform to mentor the next generation.
