About Micah Logan

Micah Logan is an experienced entrepreneur, business strategist, and Forbes.com contributor. With over 20 years in business, he has helped companies grow, scale, and thrive across several industries...

…From Fitness Entrepreneur to Franchise Leader

In 2003, Micah launched a fitness brand that became one of the most recognized in the Northeast U.S. Over the next 20 years, he expanded it to five locations. Eventually, he transitioned the brand into a franchise.

As a result of his efforts, Micah gained national recognition. In 2021, FranChoice named him to their FRAN-tastic 500 list. In 2022, 1851 Magazine recognized him as a Top Franchise Influencer and one of fewer than 10 Black franchise owners in the U.S. featured during Black History Month.

Driving Innovation at HushFrame

Micah now serves as the CEO of HushFrame, a construction tech company focused on soundproofing solutions. Under his leadership:

  • The company expanded from 1 to 6 revenue streams
  • Product output grew 5 times larger
  • Licensing and distribution became national and global

Importantly, all of this growth happened without any outside investment.

A Voice for Small Businesses

During the pandemic, Micah joined the Executive Board of MIFO (Massachusetts Independent Fitness Operators). There, he supported over 550 small fitness businesses across the state.

At the same time, Micah began speaking at conferences and webinars. He has now delivered over 80 keynote speeches and trainings to Fortune 500 companies and global audiences. His topics include entrepreneurship, business growth, and developing a winning mindset.

Launching The Logan Companies

In 2024, Micah founded The Logan Companies, a firm that provides:

  • Fractional executive leadership
  • Business coaching
  • Operational systems and strategy support

Micah helps entrepreneurs set goals, implement KPIs, develop SOPs, and grow revenue. In fact, his clients have seen millions of dollars in new income.

Content Creator and Core Belief

Micah is the host of The Common Cents Show, where he shares weekly insights with entrepreneurs. He also writes The Small Business Mastery Newsletter, a free resource filled with tools and strategies for growth.

His core belief is simple:
“Positive actions beat negative thoughts.”
