About Meghan Gardner

Meghan Gardner is the founder of Guardian Adventures, a company that specializes in designing innovative and educational online and live-action game-based events. Her work focuses...

…on:

  • STEM education
  • Cultural and intercultural training programs
  • Transformative learning experiences
  • Live action and story-based game development

Through Guardian Adventures, Meghan provides consulting services to organizations seeking creative, engaging, and impactful ways to educate and connect with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

As a trainer with CAFFEstrategies.com, Meghan partners with TED Speaker Genein Letford to deliver dynamic workshops that use games and storytelling to teach the neuroscience of bias—specifically through understanding the “Internal Model.” Their training removes shame and blame, encouraging open conversations and cooperative creativity through hands-on exercises and discussions.

Meghan is also the founder of CulturaConnector.com, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on Cultural Media Recruiting. Cultura Connector:

  • Offers a free global directory of cultural advisors
  • Helps companies accurately and respectfully represent cultures in games, media, and educational content
  • Builds bridges between cultures in conflict
  • Removes barriers to finding experts in cultural representation

Her collaborative work with global advisors ensures that every story and experience her team creates is culturally sensitive, accurate, and educational.

Additional Experience:

  • Project Manager for a cultural game design initiative at the University of Georgia
  • STEM Curriculum Designer at The Princeton Review
  • Story-based adventure designer and staff trainer at Royal Caribbean Cruises (serving over 6 million guests annually)

Meghan is also an annual guest lecturer and expert panelist at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. As an international presenter, she has spoken to over 10,000 people on topics such as:

  • Immersive education
  • Transformational learning experiences
  • Culturally responsive game and story design

Personal Mission:

In her free time, Meghan mentors women and BiPoC entrepreneurs in the U.S. and Uganda. She also volunteers in hospice care, supporting terminally ill patients and their families with compassion and presence.
