  • Lylah Persad: Amplifying Authenticity: The Art of Voice and Communication /Ep3808

About Lylah Persad

Lylah G. Persad is a dynamic and innovative force in the world of art, education, and youth empowerment. She wears many hats: voice acting coach, drama and writing educator, keynote speaker, producer, director, and mentor. Her creative journey is anchored in her vision-driven company, LP Entertainment Theatre, founded to inspire people to “Reach Beyond the Grasp.”...

…Award-Winning Author & Global Voice

Lylah is the author of “Starting from Her: Healthy Daily Habits – A Message to Teens,” a book that won 2nd place in a global writing competition. Through it, she encourages young readers to build healthy routines and embrace self-worth.

In addition to her writing, Lylah has earned three IMDb credits for her work in the film industry. Her powerful voice has brought life to a wide range of international voice-over projects, including audiobooks, commercials, narrations, and documentaries.

Caribbean Roots with a Global Reach

Her coaching journey has taken her across multiple Caribbean islands, where she’s worked in-person to develop aspiring actors and performers. Even during the pandemic, Lylah adapted quickly, continuing her mentorship online. Her ability to connect with others—no matter where they are—has positioned her as a respected leader in both local and global communities.

In 2020, Lylah’s work with underserved youth earned her the distinction of Global Ambassador for Human Rights and Peace. That same year, she was also featured on South Africa’s “Behind the Mic” podcast, further amplifying her reach and influence.

Inspiring Change Through Storytelling and Mentorship

Lylah isn’t just a performer—she’s a changemaker. She volunteers as a global grant seed advisor, mentors youth around the world, and facilitates workshops that raise emotional intelligence, vibrational awareness, and creative expression.

Currently, she is completing a new anthology and a children’s series, adding to her growing body of work. Her stage play and short film focusing on mental wellness reflect her deep commitment to social impact through the arts.

Authentic Leadership with a Personal Touch

Known for her introspective nature and sharp wit, Lylah walks a path few dare to tread. She avoids the spotlight but commands attention through her impact. Her approach to life is simple but meaningful—favoring peace over popularity and purpose over performance.

When she isn’t coaching or writing scripts, Lylah enjoys quiet moments: taking naps, helping friends, or enjoying solitude. Yet, her unwavering dedication to helping others achieve personal growth remains her driving force.
