Laurel believes the changes we make for a more sustainable life should not be punishments but should positively impact our own health and well-being, along with the planet.
When Laurel is not writing or busting carbon, she likes reading, watching movies, forest walks with her dog (and sometimes her cat!), and spending time with her Finnish husband and their two teenage daughters. She likes golf, tennis, yoga, and swimming in the sea (not with her cat). Laurel now makes her home in Helsinki.
