Joshika Akhil- 

Joshika Akhil is based in  Bordeaux, France, where she operates a consulting company in Business and Corporate Wellness. She holds over 15 years experience across high tech industries, holding leadership roles and mentoring programs since 2006.
 
Joshika works with companies all over the world introducing the benefits of meditation and teaching basic techniques to relax, focus, overcome blocks and achieve goals.
 
Joshika delved deep into the sciences of meditation and self-healing, after experiencing the profound benefits in her own life, both personally and professionally. She has built her knowledge and expanded her abilities through training at some of India’s best schools and with meditation Gurus around the world.
Joshika founded Jayur in 2016 and runs workshops and retreats combining Vedic meditation, Yogic philosophies and breathing exercises tailored to her audience. Joshika combines her expertise in Yoga, Meditation,  Ayurveda to share a suite of self-development and healing tools
