Jodi Harrison-Lee-

My name is Jodi Harrison-Lee. I wrote an ebook called Find Your Strength: The secret to being safe, strong, and able to defend yourself.
My husband and I own a martial arts studio. We have been teaching for over 20 years. My kids are 21, 17, and 10. We are all involved. I was asked a few years back to do self-defense seminars specifically for young women before they go off to college. I did not really resonate with the type you see out there. So, I have spent these past few years specifically studying how I became strong (and how others have) so I could teach all young women (and indeed anyone) the same. My philosophy is great and it gets the conversation started. It focuses on the solution and NOT the problem. (I’m sick of listening to that!)
This topic is very timely. I have been afraid to really move forward with fearlessness. But the time is now.
