Inspired by the sudden passing of her childhood best friend, Jamee pursued degrees in psychology and sociology, leading to a career as a counselor in a psychiatric hospital in Maryland. With her humanities background and sharp story-telling skills, she speaks nationally about the power of loss experiences and leadership. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, golden retriever, and her two imaginary kids.
