Inspired by the sudden passing of her childhood best friend, Jamee pursued degrees in psychology and sociology, leading to a career as a counselor in a psychiatric hospital in Maryland. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, golden retriever, and her two imaginary kids.
