  • David Richman: How One Man Transformed His Life Through Endurance Athletics /Ep 4194

About David Richman

David Richman is a bestselling author, public speaker, philanthropist, and endurance athlete whose mission is to foster meaningful human connection through storytelling. His work focuses on helping people navigate trauma, emotional healing, and personal transformation—often through the lens of endurance and resilience...

…In his debut book, Winning in the Middle of the Pack, David explores how to push past limitations and unlock untapped potential, encouraging readers to achieve more than they ever imagined.

His second book, Cycle of Lives, takes readers on a profound journey through the emotional chaos of cancer. Featuring powerful, interconnected stories of individuals affected by the disease, David explores how trauma impacts communication, healing, and relationships. The book is based on real-life interviews and was supported by his 4,700-mile solo bike ride across the U.S., during which he connected with participants to share their stories and raise funds for cancer-related causes.

A passionate endurance athlete, David regularly competes in Ironman triathlons and long-distance challenges, using each event to support causes close to his heart.

David lives in Southern Nevada, is happily married, and is the proud father of college-aged twins. He continues to write, speak, and advocate for greater emotional awareness, connection, and personal growth.
