Dave Furness is a Mental Health Advocate and Trauma Coach /Ep2768

Dave Furness is a mental health advocate and trauma coach who is doing his best to make vulnerability go mainstream and removing the stigma around ‘mental health issues’

After running eCommerce businesses for year it took his own battle with depression, anxiety and the breakup of a long term relationship for him to be able to realise his true purpose, which was to help others navigate the same issues he had faced.

Following a spiritual awakening he has spent his time since researching and educating himself on all matters surrounding mental health in a bid to help others overcome their own traumas.

In his podcast “Let’s Talk Mental Health” or as he calls it “a more serious carpool karaoke” Dave interviews guests and creates safety for them to share their own stories and embrace their vulnerability, doing so not only helps the guest but also the listener/viewer too.
