At WESST, Sandro leads the statewide microloan program, providing accessible funding opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. He also directs the Money Learning Lab, an innovative initiative that blends human-centered design with financial capability training. This program is tailored to meet the unique needs of New Mexico’s diverse and marginalized communities, offering practical tools and education to foster financial independence.
