I have over 8 years of massage experience and specialize in the following massages: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Neuromuscular, Sports, Hot Stone and Reflexology. Alternative treatments I offer include Reiki, Cranial Sacral Massage and Chakra Clearing & Balancing.
If you have chronic sciatica, frozen shoulder or nerve impingement in the neck, my massage techniques help to alleviate the pain and brings healing to the body.
My philosophy is to live life to the fullest! I love the outdoors and am avid reader of many subjects. I am also an Executive Producer with my husband filming live music productions for solo, duo and 3-piece plus bands.
