  • Autumn Mckenzie: The Woman Who Found Her Strength Through Loss and Became a Supermom /Ep3629

About Autumn McKenzie

Autumn McKenzie is a resilient faith-driven leader, motivational speaker, and healthcare professional with a passion for transforming lives through purpose, perseverance, and faith. As a former Division I student-athlete at Colgate University , Autumn made history by leading her team to back-to-back Conference Championships and Colgate Women's first-ever NCAA appearance...

…In recognition of her outstanding impact, her volleyball jersey was retired in 2015.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and a Master of Health Sciences from Duke University, Autumn is a licensed Physician Assistant who currently practices Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland.

Autumn’s life shifted dramatically in 2014 when she lost her beloved husband to lung cancer. Motivated by faith, she launched her blog in 2017, boldly sharing her journey through grief, healing, and rebirth to inspire others to live intentionally and aligned with God’s purpose.

Following the passing of her mother in 2020, Autumn stepped in to raise her niece and nephew—further demonstrating her dedication to family, legacy, and servant leadership.

Today, Autumn empowers women, families, and faith communities to embrace change, recognize their worth in Christ, and activate the power of the present moment. She is passionate about raising the next generation with hearts rooted in faith, hope, and love through collaborative projects that strengthen humanity and glorify God.
