What truly sets me apart is my vulnerability and authenticity. As a wife and mother with over two decades of personal relationship experience, I bring real-life wisdom to my work. My journey navigating a rare form of diabetes, anxiety, and depression has given me a deep compassion for others who feel unseen in their emotional battles.
As a lesbian woman of color, I champion inclusion, diversity, and affirming therapy practices. I create safe, welcoming spaces for individuals and couples from all backgrounds to explore their truth, build deeper intimacy, and rewrite generational relationship patterns.
I’m also the author of Distractions of the Heart, a poetry collection that invites readers to reflect on their own emotional truths and relational patterns.
